Europcar pourrait faire son entrée en Bourse d'ici 2013. Eurazeo, qui a racheté en 2006 le loueur à Volkswagen, étudierait la question selon Les Echos. La société d’investissement aurait mandaté la banque Lazard pour réfléchir à l'avenir du loueur automobile.

Une première journée investisseurs est prévue le 26 janvier.
