With 43 hotels already EarthCheck certified, and 17 more in the process, Kempinski’s dedication to sustainability is not just a box-ticking exercise but a deep, strategic priority.
At the heart of this program is the VenueCheck tool, which gives meeting venues a sustainability framework tailored to each event space. This framework helps hotels assess the environmental impact of events and improve the sustainability of their operations. To complement this, EventCalculator provides a precise breakdown of an event’s carbon footprint, covering everything from energy use to transportation, food, and accommodation emissions.
