Prior to joining Four Seasons, he served as President and CEO of Apple Leisure Group (ALG), where he led a global team of 38,000 employees across 14 countries, serving customers and destinations worldwide. Before that, Alejandro was CEO of Atento, a global customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services company with 150,000 employees in 13 countries, where he drove significant growth and success for almost eight years. Earlier in his career, Alejandro held strategic management positions at Telefonica and The Coca-Cola Company.
