Alors que le Norwegian Breakaway prendra la mer depuis New York en avril 2013, NCL dévoile de nouvelles innovations dans la conception du navire, avec la création de "The Waterfront" et "678 Ocean Place".

Le nouveau concept de Norwegian Cruise Line pour son navire, le "BreakAway", inclut une promenade face à la mer, bordée de boutiques, de restaurants et de bars, combinés avec trois ponts vastes, proposant des espaces restauration, bars, animations, jeux, reliés entre eux par le 678 Ocean Place.

Les passagers trouveront également autour d’Ocean Place, un casino, une galerie photos et Humidor Cigar Lounge.
