A new summer offer across five Emaar hotels combines suite accommodation, breakfast, dining and spa benefits, flexible check-in and complimentary tickets to At The Top, Burj Khalifa.
Emaar Hospitality Group has launched a summer suite offer across five of its central Dubai properties, adding Burj Khalifa access and a range of hotel privileges to stays booked until 30 September 2026.
The offer is available at Address Downtown, Address Dubai Mall, Palace Downtown, Address Sky View and Vida Dubai Mall. It targets families, couples and city-break travellers looking for more space while staying close to Downtown Dubai’s principal attractions.
Guests can receive up to 20% off suite rates when booking through the participating hotels’ websites or the U By Emaar loyalty platform. The package also includes daily breakfast and complimentary Silver Package tickets to At The Top, Burj Khalifa.
A maximum of two attraction tickets is provided per room for two adults, or one ticket for single occupancy.
A suite stay designed around the wider Dubai experience
Beyond accommodation, the package reflects a broader hospitality trend in Dubai: transforming the hotel stay into a more complete destination experience.
Guests receive 30% off selected dining and spa treatments, although the spa discount does not apply at Vida Dubai Mall. Early check-in from 11am and late check-out until 4pm are also available, subject to availability.
Families benefit from a complimentary stay-and-dine policy for children aged up to 11 when they share their parents’ room and follow the same meal plan.
By combining a suite stay with access to one of Dubai’s most visited landmarks, Emaar Hospitality Group is positioning the offer as more than a traditional accommodation discount. It provides travellers with an integrated city escape centred on Downtown Dubai, dining, wellness and panoramic views from the Burj Khalifa.
