According to an official statement from Arabian Travel Market 2026, issued in Dubai on 18 March 2026, the event will no longer take place in May as initially planned. It has been rescheduled to 17–20 August 2026.
The venue remains unchanged, with the Dubai World Trade Centre set to host the event.
A decision taken in the current context
The change comes in response to recent developments in the region. Organiser RX says the priority is to ensure that participants can attend under the best possible conditions, with greater clarity and flexibility.
Rather than scaling down or altering the format, the choice was made to move the dates while keeping the event intact.
No change to the programme
All components of the event will go ahead as planned. This includes the main exhibition, conference sessions and specialised segments such as ATM Travel Tech and IBTM @ ATM.
Now in its 33rd edition, ATM continues to bring together destinations, tourism boards, hotel groups, airlines, technology players and travel professionals from across markets.
We want everyone to be able to attend”
Danielle Curtis, Exhibition Director for the Middle East, commented:
“Arabian Travel Market has long been a place where the global travel community meets in Dubai — to connect, exchange ideas and do business.”
“The safety and well-being of our customers, partners and colleagues remains our highest priority. Moving ATM 2026 to August allows us to ensure that everyone can take part in the event with confidence. We look forward to welcoming the industry back to Dubai later this year.”
The RX team says it is working closely with exhibitors and partners to adjust to the new timeline. Registrations remain open, and participants are encouraged to update their plans accordingly.
Keeping momentum
Postponing the event does not change its role. Arabian Travel Market 2026 remains one of the key meeting points for the global travel industry — a place where deals are made, trends are shaped and partnerships take form.
