From 23 to 25 September 2025, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles will host the 47th edition of IFTM, the unmissable gathering for tourism professionals. More than just a trade show, IFTM positions itself as a catalyst for ideas, projects and collaborations, bringing together over 1,600 exhibitors and 34,000 visitors from across the globe.

This year’s theme, “Forces in Action – Building Desirable Bridges,” celebrates collective intelligence and tangible initiatives. The aim is clear: moving from reflection to action by mobilising talents, innovations and synergies to sustainably transform the travel industry.

Among the highlights, the Village of Sustainable Initiatives by mN’O will serve as a true laboratory for responsible ideas, where start-ups, project leaders and committed operators exchange on practical solutions. Within this framework, the first edition of the Plume Verte by IFTM x ADONET will reward journalists who shed light on sustainable tourism initiatives.

The event also stands out for its diversity of formats: conferences, round tables, collaborative workshops, conversations, and the lively “Stand Up for the Planet”, creating opportunities for voices from across the sector to be heard. Talent will be celebrated through hallmark competitions such as the Travel Agents Cup and its Junior version, as well as the Orchestra Start-Up Contest, a springboard for innovation.

IFTM 2025 also aims to lead by example in responsibility: reducing its carbon footprint, enhancing accessibility, strengthening inclusivity and managing resources wisely. The show embodies a shared conviction: the future of tourism must be sustainable.

Three intense days, rich in encounters and discoveries, once again confirm IFTM’s vocation: to unite a profession and pave the way for a bolder, more resilient and more human tourism.

Tourismag is proud to be a partner of this major event.
