Wok & Co, the licensed Pan-Asian restaurant nestled in Dubai World Trade Centre, has launched an exciting new menu that captures the feel, cooking techniques, and diverse flavours of Asia. The refreshed menu offers a greater variety, including more vegan and vegetarian options, as well as a modern twist on beloved Asian dishes, all while retaining the familiar comfort each plate provides. New additions include a wider range of grilled selections, flavour-packed curries, and nourishing healthy bowls.

Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of East Asia, including China, Korea, and Japan, as well as Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia, the menu features a diverse range of comforting classics and contemporary fusions. Each dish is designed to transport diners to the bustling night markets of Bangkok, Taipei, or the vibrant streets of Jakarta, Tokyo, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Menu Highlights

Diners can start their journey with hearty soups like the fragrant Tom Yum Classic, spicy and tangy Sichuan Hot & Sour Soup, or the umami-rich Stewed Wild Mushroom Soup, made with premium mixed mushrooms and bamboo pith.

The salad selection offers delights such as the sweet and tangy Mandarin Crunch Salad and the signature Wok & Co Salad, a refreshing combination of noodles, avocado, mango, carrot, wakame, and lemon chilli vinegar dressing. The Thai classic, Glass Noodle Salad, is also available, along with vegan-friendly options such as Crispy Tofu and Ginger Lime Salad.

Expanding the curry selection, the new menu features Massaman Curry and Penang Curry, along with the much-loved Thai Red and Green Curries. Each can be paired with the diner's choice of chicken, beef, seafood, or vegetables.

Sushi lovers are in for a treat, with five sushi platters featuring a bold take on classic rolls, such as the Kung Pao Roll, a delicious fusion of the classic California Roll with togarashi-spiced seared tuna, spicy sriracha sauce, and topped with a signature Kung Pao crunch. Other offerings include favourites like the California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and the indulgent Shrimp Tempura Roll with crab mix, cucumber, avocado, and a Mongolian glaze.

Main dishes range from Hong Kong-Style Crispy Soft-Shell Crab and Stir-Fried Beef Rib Eye to Kung Pao Chicken and Cantonese-Style Steamed Sea Bass Fillet. For a wok-inspired dish, explore dishes like Wok Seasonal Vegetables in a savoury-sweet garlic sauce or the Wok-Fried Crispy Tofu. Signature specials include Pan-Seared Duck and Soya Jumbo Prawns served with vermicelli noodles, using only the freshest seafood.

Wok & Co's new menu also showcases a delightful fusion of Chinese and Japanese flavours, like the Buttered Miso Dumpling, a shrimp dumpling with parmesan served in a rich miso butter reduction. Poke bowls featuring salmon and tuna add freshness to the mix, while plant-based diners will appreciate options such as Hoisin Tofu, Tofu Banh Mi, Chu Chi, and Vietnamese Spring Rolls.

To round off the culinary journey through Asia, diners are invited to try Wok & Co's signature desserts like Chilled Fresh Mango Soup, a special blend of sweet mango and savoury pomelo, Black Sesame Tofu Cheesecake, the venue's unique take on cheesecake, or the classic Mango Sticky Rice Pudding, and more.
