Black and Gold Inca Empire New Year’s Eve Party
Building on its reputation as the UAE capital’s most electric party spot, COYA Abu Dhabi is hosting a New Year’s Eve party to remember forever. Music lovers and party goers are invited to unite for a night of explosive entertainment, amazing spectacles and irresistible party vibes, and celebrate New Year’s Eve the ‘COYA’ way.
Inspired by the vibrant, eclectic spirit of Latin America and the fascinating history of the Incas and the Aztecs, nowhere in the UAE knows how to throw a party like COYA does. For one night only, the stunning waterfront restaurant will be transformed into a glittering black and gold theme party that takes guests on a journey through the very essence of Peru.
While the tribal beats are sure to have everyone up on their feet dancing, the expert mixologists will provide a constant flow of COYA’s legendary Pisco sours and other rare and exotic Latin American beverages. As the live DJs and dancers set the pulse for the evening, the memorable affair is enhanced with elegant bites from COYA’s award-winning a la carte menu.
Then, as the clock strikes 12, party goers are free to gather on the terrace and enjoy a front row view of Abu Dhabi’s spectacular New Year’s Eve fireworks.
This Black and Gold Incan Empire Party will take place on Sunday, December 31 from 6.30pm until late. Black and gold dress code is encouraged. No minimum spend applies to the first seating, while from 8.30pm onwards a minimum spends per person of AED 800 in the main dining room and the high tables (minimum four people), AED 1,200 on the enclosed terrace and AED 1,200 for the VIP sofa seating at the Pisco Bar (minimum four people) applies. Reservations are mandatory and full prepayment is required 10 days in advance. All guests at the Pisco Bar and the enclosed terrace must be aged 21 and older.

Lujo Del Mar
This December, COYA Abu Dhabi is hosting a special and exclusive experience dedicated to two of the world’s most luxurious ingredients: oysters and champagne.
Lujo Del Mar, translating to mean Luxury Under the Sea, invites guests to choose between three fresh oysters, and enjoy their seafood with a cold glass of premium Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne.
Guests are encouraged to raise a glass and savour their elegant refreshments whilst admiring the amazing sunset views over the waters of Al Maryah Island, and absorbing COYA’s iconic upbeat ambiance.
Lujo Del Mar is available daily from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, priced AED 99 per person for one glass of champagne and three oysters.
Azucar live music nights
Cubache, the Cuban five-piece band, will continue to bring joy to COYA Abu Dhabi throughout December.
As the group raises the roof of the Pisco Bar with their infectious and uplifting tunes, guests are encouraged to relax and savour an array of COYA’s legendary cocktails and premium Latin American beverages, including a brand-new and exclusive Azucar cocktail menu.
Crafted with artistry and precision, these innovative concoctions are set to elevate the cocktail experience and tantalize the taste buds of discerning patrons.
Standout additions to the new cocktail menu include Luna Roja, a mesmerising fusion of Chicha Morada Pisco, fake lime, and raspberry lemonade; Higo Tonico, a captivating blend of prickly pear Pisco, elderflower, and cucumber tonic; Sol Sagrado, a taste of paradise featuring Maracuya Pisco, passionfruit, fresh mint, and soda water, and El Destino with baked pineapple spiced rum, ají mirasol, and ginger beer, all available for AED 50.
Presenting a hypnotic fusion of Latin and Afro rhythms, influenced by Spanish, French and Afro Cuban cultures, every guest will find it impossible not to fall in love with Cubache’s theatrical and upbeat sound.
While the award-winning bartenders of the Pisco Bar expertly prepare COYA’s signature creations, the experienced chefs will be on hand to whip up an array of Peruvian-inspired bar bites for anyone who feels a little peckish.

Business Lunch
Colleagues, friends and family members are invited to elevate their September lunch times by indulging in COYA Abu Dhabi’s much-loved Business Lunch.
Presenting a special curated set menu of COYA’s most delicious and authentic Peruvian specialties, the experience offers an exclusive chance to savour two sumptuous courses, served with soup and a side, for AED 130 per person.
Ideal for business meetings or catching up with friends, each diner is welcome to indulge in two delicate appetisers, such as sea bass croquettes, Wagyu beef baos and salmon ceviche, plus one sumptuous main, including a choice of grilled corn-fed baby chicken, slow-cooked beef ribs, quinoa and pumpkin iron pot, grilled salmon and many more delectable options.
For a sweet conclusion, a portion of homemade traditional churros or a pina colada popsicle can be added to the colourful culinary voyage for AED 30, while a selection of specially curated lunch drinks are available to purchase on an à la carte basis.
The COYA Business Lunch is available Monday to Thursday from 12.30pm to 4pm and Friday from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, for AED 130 per person.
